Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments to an order after it has been placed. This includes name and address changes.

Items purchased during the sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind - store credit will be issued for these items, providing they meet our full returns criteria. 

Seconds sale items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return.

As all items will be discounted during this storewide sale, refunds for change of mind purchased will not be permitted, so please choose carefully. Please refer to our full returns policy here

Orders which include in-stock items and pre-order items will not be dispatched until all the items are in stock. If you have wish to have the in-stock items sent first, please place separate orders. 

Due to the volume of orders expected, a longer dispatch time will be required. In-stock products will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Please allow an extra 5 business days in addition to the above for any custom orders with name personalisation (backpacks and Christmas stockings). 

We ship orders via Australia Post standard shipping and a range of couriers. There is an option to upgrade to Express shipping at checkout. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express, excluding orders to the norther USA and Canada, which are shipped via DHL Express if the value of the order exceeds $150. 

As we are transitioning some of our products into a larger warehouse in VIC, some products will ship from our Perth warehouse and some will ship from our VIC warehouse.

We are currently unable to ship some of our larger items internationally, such as our floor cushions. If you have any queries about shipping specific items internationally, or cannot checkout with your selected items, please contact us at help@henlee.co

As our products will already be discounted, no additional discount codes or bundles will be available during the sale.

We currently in the process of moving some of our products to a new warehouse in VIC, therefore we can no longer offer pick-up from our warehouse in Malaga, Perth, WA.
